FOUNDING ACCESS SIGNUP

When you join, we collect your email address and may record the signup source and time, confirmation and subscription status, and—when campaign emails are sent—delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe activity. We use this information to confirm your request, send launch, product, preview, and early-access updates, administer eligibility for the Founding Access early-adopter benefit, maintain security, and honor your communication choices.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SECURITY

Squarespace hosts the site, stores mailing-list records, and processes submissions for us. Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent spam and abuse. These services may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, necessary cookies, and request or security logs. We do not sell your email address or use it for targeted advertising.

RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

We retain an active subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can continue honoring an opt-out. Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. To ask a privacy question or exercise an applicable access, correction, deletion, or opt-out right, use the Support link in this site’s footer. Rights may vary by jurisdiction.
