Effective August 17, 2026. These terms govern use of this website, its informational materials, and the Founding Access early-adopter offer. They do not create access to the app, a professional relationship, a source-code license, or a guaranteed outcome.
INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE
The Truth Calculator™ and qX‑TGRI™ help organize claims and source records. They do not determine absolute truth or falsity and are not legal, medical, financial, investigative, or other professional advice.
FUTURE PRODUCTS
The free iPhone app is being prepared for release and is not yet available in the App Store. Forensic Investigation is a planned future upgrade and is not currently available for purchase. Release dates, features, compatibility, territories, and availability may change.
FOUNDING ACCESS EARLY-ADOPTER OFFER
Eligibility requires joining The Truth Calculator™ Founding Access mailing list and completing email confirmation before the free app’s public App Store release. No purchase is necessary. Each eligible participant may receive one complimentary Forensic Investigation upgrade when that upgrade is released, currently targeted for December 2026. If release is delayed, an eligible participant’s complimentary-upgrade eligibility carries forward to the actual release.
The benefit is limited to one per eligible person and Apple ID, is non-transferable, may not be resold, and has no cash value. Redemption will require an eligible Apple account, compatible device and software, a supported territory and storefront, and compliance with Apple’s then-current redemption and App Store rules. The app, upgrade, and redemption method remain subject to technical readiness, applicable law, and Apple review and approval.
BEYONDx Advisors, LLC may verify eligibility and disqualify duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or abusive signups. We may make reasonable changes required by law, Apple policy, security, or operational necessity and will communicate material changes to eligible subscribers through the email address provided.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site copy, visual system, product previews, trademarks, and underlying methods remain the property of their respective owners. No source-code, patent, formula, scoring-weight, or internal-method license is granted.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or represent readiness guidance as a truth verdict, certification, or professional conclusion.
