Jay Allan Shears brings an aviation-safety mindset to a deceptively simple question: what should someone be able to inspect before they rely on a claim?
An innovation executive and inventor, Jay’s background connects aerospace, technology and commercialization. He serves as Executive Director of qX Alliance and as an FAA Safety Team Representative, and holds FAA commercial-pilot and flight-instructor credentials.

What does qX Alliance contribute?
Contributes a BEYONDx-facilitated collaboration, evidence-governance, pilot and pathway-to-market framework. It is not the product owner, standards authority, certification body, government body, separate legal rights holder or membership club.
What is available, preparing or planned?
The public website offers educational experiences now. The free iPhone app is preparing for release and is not yet available on the App Store. Timing depends on completion and App Review. AdveriTrace and specialist Mission Evidence and Machine Evidence pathways are planned, not currently available or purchasable. No verified release date or production integration is offered here.
What stays protected?
qX-TGRI is described only at the approved evidence-readiness level. Its name remains unexpanded. Proprietary scoring logic, formulas, internal prompts, engine source and patent mappings remain private. Existing copyright and patent notices do not provide a source-code or technology license.
What will the experience never decide?
It does not determine absolute truth, guilt, fraud, legality, liability, compliance, certification, admissibility, operational readiness, safety or professional outcomes. It does not authenticate evidence or establish legal sufficiency; provide legal, medical, financial, aviation or operational advice; command autonomous systems or choose routes; detect, classify, target or neutralize drones; or replace qualified judgment. No government, court or institutional endorsement is implied.
What is the operational boundary?
The controlled qX-TGRI baseline is local/offline and mission-record focused. No drone control, flight initiation, live production integration, autonomy modification, operational safety certification or FAA compliance certification is represented. Real records require qualification, written authorization, applicable rights and separately agreed scope.
What should I share in a first conversation?
Begin with basic contact information and a non-confidential outline. Do not send classified information, CUI, FCI, export-controlled data, privileged legal material, proprietary mission data, vulnerabilities, operational tactics, medical records, financial-account information or detailed personal case records through the general contact route. Ask about an appropriate intake process first.
